The Lilleaker typeface was developed together with Ludvig Rosseau Bruneau on commission from Mustad Eiendom. Starting with the characteristic sign on Øraker station, Monokrom created a full set of capitals, figures and punctuation in three weights. The round “E” and the curved diagonals gives the typeface its unique flavor. The new typeface is used in the redevelopment of the Lilleakerbyen area, and also figures on the facade of the now renamed Øraker station.
